Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in Olympia, WA is seeking a friendly cashier to greet customers, process transactions at the point of sale, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will stand and walk most of the shift, assist with visual merchandising and stock counts, and collaborate with sales associates to deliver excellent service across brands. Opportunities to work at multiple store locations may be available.

Responsibilities

• Consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
• Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post‑sale contact.
• Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store‑related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
• Handle the cash register, as a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.

Pay range: $17.00-$21.25/hr. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
