Von Maur is seeking a Sales Associate in Illinois to greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide the shopping experience in our store. You’ll help customers find items, explain features, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

You will ring POS transactions, build relationships, and strive to meet personal sales targets while keeping the department neat and attractive. Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts is required, with a competitive wage and commission opportunities.

The expected base wage for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
