Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal associates in Mission Viejo to assist customers, share product knowledge, and keep the sales floor inviting. You will help shoppers find the perfect item, ring up purchases, and support in-store pickup.

Flexibility with hours is offered, plus a 30% employee discount on our unique finds, wellness resources, and hands-on training for career growth. Prior retail experience is welcome but not required.

Minimum Age & Other Details

• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire.
• If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.
• Hourly Pay Range is $16.90-$17.40
