Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate (up to 19 hours/week) for the holiday season. You will greet customers, offer complimentary tastings, and support boutique operations to deliver an inviting coffee experience.

You’ll share our commitment to sustainability and premium coffees, guide customers on choices, manage POS, and help maintain a welcoming, safe boutique environment throughout open holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for coffee and sustainability.

Do you have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting? Join our team as a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate (working up to 19 hours per week) for the holiday season! As the welcoming face of our retail boutique in Short Hills, NJ, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, help with boutique operations and provide an inviting experience for our customers. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso!

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.00. Please note that thepayrangeprovidedis a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may varybased on factorsincluding but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences

• Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
