Job summary

Cheryl's Cookies in Columbus, OH is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, showcase products, and guide shoppers through the buying process. You will respond to questions, share product knowledge, and help guests choose gifts or take-home items.

Ideal candidates maintain a positive attitude, can stand for 8 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and follow uniform and attendance policies. Prior phone etiquette and teamwork experience are a plus.

• Going above and beyond the service expectations of the customers during every interaction
• Helping the customers add to their gifts or take-home purchases by using suggestive selling techniques
• Taking orders correctly & completely in person & over the phone, including Large Client Orders
• Thanking the customer for their purchase no matter how small
