Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates in Wisconsin. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with stock and store upkeep.

You’ll interact with customers on the sales floor and support daily operations, including back-of-house tasks when needed. This role is ideal for someone seeking extra income during busy summer or holiday periods. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, require flexibility to cover holidays and weekends, and use basic technology

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA)
• Able to maneuver store, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Able to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers to improve satisfaction
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; manage back-of-house tasks
• Handle front and back of store responsibilities including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience; collaborate with team
• Promote loyalty by explaining the Rewards program to customers
• Pursue self-development and seize growth opportunities to boost performance
• Complete tasks per UA policies and attend scheduled hours

Your Impact

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know - and love - about our products Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
