Job summary

The White Company in California is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to enhance the in-store customer experience during the busy Christmas period. You will deliver warm service, build product knowledge, and contribute to a friendly, confident shopping environment.

You will identify customer needs, answer questions about price, features and benefits, and maximise selling opportunities to hit store and personal targets while supporting the team.

As a Seasonal Sales Advisor, you play an important role in delivering the day-to-day customer experience in store. You bring our products and brand to life through warm service, genuine conversations, and attention to detail, helping customers feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their choices.

This role is about building strong foundations in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, while developing confidence and consistency in everything you do.

What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity,
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions. Be able to respond to queries on product's price, features and benefits,
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators,
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty.
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period.

Some of our stores have extended opening hours during our peak season. As shift patterns vary by location, please check the opening hours of your preferred store when applying. We will always schedule shifts in line with legal working-time requirements, including those for young workers.
