Job summary

Three Rivers Park District is seeking a Seasonal Safety Shift Leader for Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, MN. This role provides leadership on an assigned shift to ensure safe, high-quality experiences for park guests and upholds park policies during the winter season.

Qualifications include being at least 18, a high school diploma or GED, one year of leadership/supervision, and a Minnesota Class D driver’s license with current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC), EMR/EMT and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High school graduate or GED and at least one year of experience in leadership (two seasons), or supervision of others.
Minnesota Driver's License Class D with the ability to operate cars and light trucks.
Must hold current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC), Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and CPR certification upon appointment and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to an assigned shift to ensure high-quality experiences for park guests.
Uphold Three Rivers Park District policies during shifts and activities.
Support safety procedures and guest service during winter operations at Hyland Hills.
