Job summary

UF Health is offering a flexible, high-paying RN opportunity through the Market Resource Pool in Central Florida. The 13-week seasonal contract places experienced RNs across Leesburg and the Spanish Plaines campuses, with a commitment of three 12-hour shifts per week.

Shifts pay $70/hour on day shift and $75/hour on night shift, with overtime per FLSA. Nurses must hold Florida RN licensure, a Diploma or Associate degree, and current BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnose, and formulate care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the care team.
• Utilize the nursing process to implement and evaluate care plans.

Looking for a flexible, high-paying nursing opportunity? The UF Health Market Resource Pool (MRP) offers experienced RNs the chance to work a seasonal 13-week assignment while supporting patient care across the Central Florida.

Compensation

• Day Shift: $70/hour flat rate
• Night Shift: $75/hour flat rate
• Overtime paid in accordance with FLSA based on a 40-hour work week

Position Details

• 13-week seasonal contract assignment
• Commitment of three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Schedule determined in partnership with the unit director
• Float assignments based on competency and skill level to locations within:
• UF Health Leesburg Hospital OR
• UF Health The Villages Hospital (Spanish Plaines Campus)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
