Tenet Healthcare in Memphis is seeking an RN for a Seasonal Float Pool assignment across ICU, Orthopedics, and Oncology units. The role provides direct patient care per shift and may include supervising staff as care is delegated.

You will support the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high-quality, safe nursing practice, ensure staff competency, and optimize patient care resources. This is a 16-week contract with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee required.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care hospital.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/CPI certifications required by hospital

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical nursing care in ICU, Orthopedics, and Oncology per shift.
• Supervise staff to which care is delegated.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care and resource management.
• Follow State Board of Nursing and hospital policies.
