Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and command of English.
• Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and guiding values.
• Ability to interpret and follow written or oral instructions.
• Standing for up to a full work day; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Management with register transactions or sorting donations.
• Maintain courteous, helpful customer service during shopping.
• Meet daily or weekly production goals and support store operations.
• Stock shelves and clothing racks; price and organize donations.
• Model the mission and values in interactions with staff, donors, and customers.
