Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a part-time Seasonal Stylist to bring our color and confidence to life during peak seasons. As the face of our brand, you will deliver WOW service, educate guests on product details, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic store environment.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations, work evenings, weekends and holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Past retail experience is a plus, but enthusiasm, teamwork, and a genuine passion for fashion

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

Your Responsibilities

• You take Action:Making a Difference in your guest’s day is your priority. You assist in proactively resolving concerns to ensure their experience is always positive.
• You Collaborate: You're always willing to support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.
