Job summary

Kendra Scott in Natick, MA is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Stylist to bring our brand to life during peak seasons. You will be the face of our store, delivering WOW service and helping guests find products that fit their style.

You are customer-obsessed, able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to every guest and be the face of the store.
• Build guest connections to grow brand footprint and store performance.
• Educate guests on product details and personal style; suggest products accordingly.
• Adapt across Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with team to deliver WOW experiences for all guests.

Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

• Must be over the age of 18

• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
