Job summary

Kendra Scott seeks a Part-Time Seasonal Stylist in Columbia to bring our brand to life during peak seasons. You will deliver WOW service, educate guests on product details, and represent our culture with energy and positivity.

You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks, and supporting the team to drive store performance while maintaining a customer-obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

To best support our Columbia team and keep weekend scheduling fair and balanced across everyone, we do ask that all team members have open weekend availability. For candidates interested in joining our seasonal team, availability during our busiest seasonal peaks, key holidays, and high-volume weekends is also an important part of the role.
