Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service and drive holiday sales. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and connect them with the right products while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

As part of a team, you’ll stay informed about new arrivals and promotions, meet daily sales goals, and help keep the sales floor organized and inviting for every guest who walks in.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to: Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem
