Responsibilities

• Make the customer the top priority.
• Leverage product knowledge to educate customers and drive sales.
• Maintain and recover selling floor to ensure sizes/colors/styles are available.
• Ensure appropriate selling floor presentation and promote events.
• Prepare fitting rooms and return merchandise to selling floor.
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer experiences.
• Help drive department goals with Macy's initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and managers for promotions and support on sales.
• Adhere to safety and security policies.
• Perform additional customer-facing tasks as needed.
• Maintain regular dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster inclusive environment and authentic connections with customers and colleagues
