Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an attractive store presentation, and support daily sales during peak seasons. You will help customers find merchandise, process transactions, and promote MINISO Membership while upholding brand standards.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Previous retail experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions; enroll customers in MINISO Membership.
• Follow store policies and support team with additional tasks.
