Job summary

Belk is hiring for Full-time, Part-time, and Flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. Seasonal team members will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

As part of the team, you will greet customers, process transactions, assist with store fulfillment and merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming environment while upholding safety and loss-prevention

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Communicate with excellence.
• Able to move around store areas and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers, delivering personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Support store operations: store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, visual merchandising.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery.
• Use training tools and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and events to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
