Job summary

Chrono Toys in San Diego is seeking a seasonal Sales Associate to help customers, answer questions, and close sales during the November 2026–January 2027 period. You will maintain the store's appearance and stay up-to-date on product features to deliver excellent service while meeting the store's sales goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and retail experience is a plus; pop-culture awareness is preferred. Ability to lift merchandise and work flexible hours is required.

• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
