Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking seasonal retail sales associates to energize our stores with enthusiastic customer service. You will help customers find hats and apparel, share product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

As a frontline ambassador, you’ll maintain neat presentations, assist with embroidery services where applicable, and provide an exceptional shopping experience in busy holiday periods. Training and discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for engaging with shoppers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Previous sales experience is a plus for meeting targets and understanding product features.

Responsibilities
