Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, educate on products, and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience using an omni-channel approach. You’ll work with leadership to meet sales and service goals across the store environment.

You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized space while supporting various store operations and ensuring excellent service.

Qualifikationen

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• To be considered for this role, applicants must:
• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
