Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class experience through expert product knowledge and engaging service.

You will educate customers, drive sales with suggestive selling, and collaborate with leadership to provide a seamless omnichannel experience in-store.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• Be at least 16 years of age.
