Job summary

Alo Georgetown is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) to provide exceptional guest experiences during peak periods. Based in Georgetown, Washington, DC, you will help drive sales, share product knowledge, and welcome guests into our store, yoga, and café experiences.

The role requires energetic movement, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for customer service. Base pay is $18.00 per hour in Washington, DC, with potential monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support action plans focusing on growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on product, community and culture; communicate store goals and initiatives.
