Job summary

Burlington Stores in Orem, UT is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our high-energy team. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, and support the management team with daily store operations. Opportunities exist across Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, and Baby Depot departments.

Base pay is listed at $14.50 per hour with part-time hours. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; associates may qualify for benefits such as dental/vision

You'll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
