Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Fayetteville, NC. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, and support the management team with daily store operations. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Base pay is $13.25 per hour, with additional benefits for part-time associates such as dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, holidays and a 401(k) plan, plus an associate discount.

• Must be outgoing and upbeat with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to greet and assist customers and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
