Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the store this holiday season. You’ll help customers find the best products, share recommendations, and deliver friendly, fast service in a high-energy environment.

You’ll drive rewards program enrollment, maintain store cleanliness, assist with floorset changes, and uphold brand standards. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are key, with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require physical activity; lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean, engaging store environments.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
