Vuori, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Manhasset store. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and reflect Vuori’s brand with a positive, energetic attitude across the sales floor.

This part-time role requires availability evenings, weekends and holidays, and offers base pay 18–21 USD per hour plus 3–5 USD per hour in team commissions, for a total target of 21–26 USD per hour. Join a fast-paced team focused on customer experience and growth.

Seasonal Retail Sales Associate | Manhasset

The role of a Retail Sales Associate at Vuori is to forge connections with customers while communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy optimistic outlook.

What you'll get to do:

Create an unforgettable customer experience

• Forge lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.

Be the business

• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Assist in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
• Communicating inventory needs to support the business goal.

Operations

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
• Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis – including floors and bathroom.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

Willingness Requirements:

• Willingness to lift and move products and equipment and boxes weighing up to 30lbs
• Willingness to stay active and move throughout the store during each shift
• Willingness to reach, bend, and use a step stool or ladder when needed
• Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

Seasonal Timeline:

Seasonal Start Date- 11/16/26

Seasonal End Date- 1/17/27

Base Pay Range- $18/hr - $21/hr
