Job summary

Old Navy in Virginia Beach is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will provide excellent service, educate customers about loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using an omni-channel approach.

You’ll engage with shoppers, support store operations, and help achieve personal and store goals while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willing to use technology tools, including mobile devices and registers.
• Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move around, and lift up to 30 pounds.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  

Hourly Range: $13.50 - $14.00
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
