Job summary

Fabletics in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class retail experience on site at Westfarms Mall. You will help customers connect their online and in-store journeys using our technology and work with a dynamic team to hit ambitious goals.

We require about 1 year of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in retail preferred.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide knowledge on fabrics, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Participate in inventory unpacking and reporting stock needs.
• Support Store Manager to meet store objectives in productivity and sales.
