Parachute Home is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to welcome customers and share product knowledge in our neighborhood store. You will uphold daily operations, contribute to store KPIs, and deliver the Parachute brand experience with warmth and expertise.

This seasonal role runs through January 11, 2025. You’ll collaborate with Store Manager, assist with inventory, POS, CRM, and merchandising, and help create a memorable shopping experience while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one weekend day per week and during the holiday season.
• Retail sales, showroom or customer service experience preferred.
• Education - High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience using point of sale systems, inventory management software, scanners, barcode labels and shipping programs preferred.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, positive team player with a can-do attitude and growth mindset required.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Frequently physically active, including standing, walking, reaching and grasping for long periods; able to bend or kneel.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools; stairs occasionally.
• Good communication face-to-face, on the phone or via electronic means.

• Uphold daily store operations and achieve quarterly KPIs; understand products and pricing.
• Deliver best possible customer experience aligned with Parachute’s CX strategy.
• Communicate information to customers using HOME selling skills and brand resources.
• Participate in local trade and community events and activations.
• Resolve customer concerns with Store Manager or leaders when needed.
• Build loyalty via in-store experiences, CRM data capture and omni-channel tools.
• Assist with design service tools to enhance customer experience.
