Job summary

Gap is looking for a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life for customers. You will educate customers on products, provide excellent service, and contribute to brand loyalty while collaborating with leadership to deliver an exceptional omnichannel experience.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, promote loyalty programs, and support operations on the floor. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility for evenings,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on the sales floor for extended periods.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

Who you are

• A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Hourly Range: $16.90 - $17.50

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
