Job summary

Boscov's Department Store, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team this holiday season. You will greet customers, provide product information, and help close sales with friendly service.

Responsibilities include maintaining selling floor appearance, processing transactions, supporting in-store promotions, and delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math skills.
• Ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS register and telxon.
• Available to work varied days and hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build customer confidence, provide accurate information, and promote products to close sales.
• Establish professional rapport with each customer to deliver the best experience.
• Maintain the appearance of the selling floor and assist with stock and merchandising.
• Assist in opening new charge accounts to reach company goals and process transactions efficiently.
