Responsibilities

• On the floor, you focus on the customer—offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating personal conversations to build relationships and drive returns.
• Finish Strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits and ensuring customers have what they need with a sincere thank-you.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors and fitting rooms, updating signs/pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on trends and promotions to engage customers confidently.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and dependable attendance.
