Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Provide courteous, fast and efficient service according to Kohl's standards.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition processes.
• Assist training of new service team members on procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing.
