Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (16-20 hours/week) to join our store from November through January. You will deliver excellent customer service, build product knowledge, and help keep the store looking its best.

Responsibilities include processing sales, supporting inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment while working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Benefits available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting the Pendleton brand.
• Build product knowledge to assist customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Perform opening/closing responsibilities as needed.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Support inventory processes and stock accuracy.
• Communicate with team and management to meet store goals.
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment.
