Job summary

WSS Seasonal Retail Team Members are sought to deliver customer service, drive sales, and keep store operations reliable during peak seasons. This temporary position runs from early June through the Back to School season, offering a valuable retail experience and the chance to contribute to team success during busy periods.

You will greet customers, provide product details, stock shelves, process shipments, upsell offers, and help meet sales goals while following schedules and store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help customers politely.
