Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week with flexibility to add hours.
• Flexibility to work varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work through the seasonal assignment through January 8, 2027.
• Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset’s selling approach, communicating current promotions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalized service, and confidently share product knowledge and inspiration related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product replenishment, inventory activities, merchandising, and other operational procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help create a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by supporting Le Creuset’s visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing priorities during the busy holiday season.
