Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant retail experience or demonstrated achievement.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver authentic, friendly service to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Contribute to store sales through product knowledge, brand storytelling and customer engagement.
• Support visual merchandising, shelf replenishment and brand presentation standards.
• Handle cashier duties and assist with loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized and customer-ready while adhering to company policies.
