Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' service model.

• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including asset protection and inventory control.
