Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for the Cherry Hill Mall location in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

You will learn our plush and lifestyle products and provide friendly, high-quality service to customers during the holiday season. Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, assisting customers, processing shipments, merchandising, and supporting opening/closing duties during peak times.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

What does a Seasonal Squishable Retail Sales Associate do?

Our Seasonal Retail Sales Associates become Squishable ambassadors: they learn our unique products inside out and develop the communication skills to turn that knowledge into the highest level of customer service.

As a member of the team, this person will:

• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience in the store
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods

Compensation

Pay rate is $15.92 per hour

Availability Requirements: Seasonal team members must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are some of our busiest times of the year.
