Job summary

Athleta in Denver is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will educate, inspire and wardrobe customers, collaborate with leadership, and deliver a best-in-class experience using an omni-channel approach.

You are a strong communicator with a passion for retail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. • A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to manoeuvre around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

This position is anticipated to remain open for the next two weeks, although the duration might be adjusted based on the needs of the Company, potentially extending or shortening this timeframe.

Hourly Range

$20.50 - $20.00

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
