The LEGO Group in Des Peres, MO is seeking a guest-focused retail teammate to greet customers, operate the cash register, and uphold LEGO Brand Retail visual standards on-site.

You will help keep the store clean and visually appealing, assist with stockroom receiving and safety compliance, and engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

• Greet every guest, perform all cash register functions and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually stimulating store environment with daily cleaning, displays, and visual standards.
• Operate the stockroom safely and efficiently, assist in receiving merchandise, and report shortages or safety concerns.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate challenging situations to management.
• Engage with customers and promote promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Handle store operational tasks in the course of duties.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $17.25 - $18.75 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
