Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to energize conversations with customers, share product knowledge, and deliver best-in-class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work with a collaborative team to meet sales goals, assist with visual merchandising, and uphold brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred or entry level.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Able to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand/move for extended periods and perform light tasks.
