• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last January 10, 2026, subject to change based on business needs.

Core Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

• The ability to work an early morning truck shift with a start time of 6am.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by efficiently processing shipment and stockroom organization (50%).
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (40%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%).
• Ability to work in various temperatures and weather inside and outside of the store.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Involves lifting at least 40 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.

Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given).

Compensation

• The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.44 - $22.44 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
• The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
