Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Ohio is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to welcome customers, understand needs, and help them find the right products while delivering on-brand service. You will work in a fast-paced holiday environment and contribute to a positive, energetic store experience.

You will participate in rewards enrollment, assist with replenishment and visual standards, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers and assess needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of products and ability to make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
