• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout and on the floor.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards for an abundant store appearance.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and adhere to all store policies.
