DICK'S Sporting Goods in Strongsville, OH is seeking store associates who are passionate about helping customers and delivering a hassle-free shopping experience. You will bring product knowledge, greet customers, and support your team to uphold brand standards.

Role responsibilities include engaging with shoppers, promoting warranty and loyalty programs, maintaining attractive merchandise presentation, and creating an inclusive, respectful store environment.

Competenze

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Targeted Pay Range: $14.00 - $21.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
