Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at HomeGoods in Riverview, FL. This role supports everyday store operations, delivers friendly customer service, processes purchases, and helps maintain merchandising standards.

You’ll contribute to a positive store culture and learn about our credit and loyalty programs while working with a collaborative team. Starting pay is $14.00–$14.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and storewide areas.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
