The Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist guests with purchases, and maintain an engaging retail experience. The role requires knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and a passion for brand history.

You will handle transactions, restock displays, and support promotional events while embodying the Harley-Davidson culture. Flexible scheduling including weekends and events is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson and its brand culture.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary:
