Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and support store operations in Virginia. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, process payments, and help with inventory and training for new hires in the service team.

The role emphasizes friendly, fast, and efficient service, meeting individual goals, and contributing to a positive shopping experience across daily service processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
• Support the training process for new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices, proper point of sale procedures, using available tools and resources while meeting Kohl’s brand standards
• Participate in daily service processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies)

About The Role

What You’ll Do

Pay Range: $13.00 - $18.80
